We will accept payment by PayPal ONLY unless prior arrangements have been made.

NOTICE: (*) Our flat rate repair service price includes most parts. Parts not included in our flat rate include motherboard replacements and repairs involving more than one defective part. If we are unable to repair your laptop (which is rare) you will receive a full refund, less the cost of shipping it back to you.

(Warranty Terms)

We give a 180 day warranty against manufacturer defects on all new replacement parts. We will replace the same part again for free of charge within the 180 day period if there is a manufacturer defect. (Intentional or physical damage is not covered.)

How long will repairs take ?

Repairs will take from three to seven business days. Return shipping will be via UPS ground unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

What happens if my laptop cannot be repaired ?

If we are unable to repair your laptop you will receive a full refund of the repair charge less the shipping cost and the laptop will be returned to you via UPS ground.

We will not refund the $39.95 shipping fee.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. The of return shipping is built into our flat rate repair price.
