We ship within the continental USA only. Sorry No International orders.
We
return ship your laptop using UPS Ground (United Parcel Service) unless prior
arrangements have been made. If
you have any questions, please contact us at support@insyncelectronics.com before you order.
If
possible, pack the laptop in its original packaging. If that is not possible,
please go to your nearest UPS or FedEx store, they will be able to provide you
with a very good shipping box at a little cost. Insurance is also available.
We
are not responsible for any lost & damaged items during shipping. Shipping Instructions
Remove the Battery and wrap it separately in a zip-lock kitchen freezer storage bag.
Separately wrap the laptops battery charger.
Pack your laptop nice and snug. Make sure the charger and battery are enclosed.
Make sure that nothing is moving around inside of the box.
Please make sure that the “Service Form” that
will be attached to your payment confirmation e-mail is included with your
shipment. This will become your claim ticket and contain your service claim
number which will also be your shipper number.
Backup Your Data We recommend
that you remove your Hard Drive before shipping the laptop to us. While your
property is handled with great care, we would hate to be blamed for loss of
data due to routine repairs. WE WOULD NEVER copy or distribute any of your
data. We are serious about your privacy and security!
We
will not be responsible for any data loss if you leave your Hard Drive installed. Should
you need assistance and direction in removing the Hard Drive, please let us
know.
If
you decide to leave your Hard Drive (HDD) installed in the laptop you are
sending to us for repair it is your obligation to make a backup of all your
important data and confidential information before sending it to us. Delivery
of any device to us, without keeping a separate backup of your data at home, is
at your own risk. Some customers would rather just remove the Hard Drive before
sending their laptops to us. If you are requesting an HDD upgrade, data
transfer, or data recovery a customer side backup may not apply but is strongly
recommended.

for your understanding! We look forward to repairing your valuable equipment. Return Policy We give a 180 day warranty
against manufacturer defects on all new repair parts from the date you receive
your returned laptop. The warranty on labor will be for 90 days from the date
you receive your returned laptop. If it's out of 90 days but within 180 days,
you can still get your machine repaired again at 50% off. If the repair is out
of 180 days, you have to pay full price to get it fixed again. Thanks for your
